Straightforward terms for shipping, returns, warranty, and how we handle the small amount of information our website collects.
Warranty
Every product we manufacture carries a 1-year warranty from date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. After the warranty period, we'll repair anything we built for a flat fee — $125 for audio systems and $150 for DPS components — regardless of age.

Shipping
We ship from our facility in Gilbert, Arizona via UPS and USPS, typically within 2 business days of order confirmation. Larger or expedited orders ship by freight or overnight courier on request.
International orders are welcome — contact us for a freight quote before ordering.
Returns
Standard catalog items in unused condition with all packaging may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund less shipping. Custom-configured systems and special-order items (e.g. the CI-4e) are non-returnable.
Defective items are covered under warranty — please call us first rather than starting a return.

We collect only the information needed to fulfill your order or answer your inquiry. We never sell, rent, or share customer information with third parties for marketing purposes.
