Dental & Medical Offices
A calmer waiting room and operatory starts with music that just works. Our systems are HIPAA-respecting, no-cloud, no-microphone hardware.

Dental and medical practices choose Southwestern Microsystems because our hardware never asks for a patient's data, never opens a microphone, and never needs a software update at 8:55 AM. The music plays, the volume stays set, and the system runs for years without an IT ticket.
Most practices use the Fundamental single-channel system — one shared playlist, distributed cleanly to every operatory and the waiting room. Larger practices that want different music in pediatric vs. adult areas use the ADS Multi-Channel System for per-zone control.

FAQ
What dental & medical ask us most.
Does the system connect to my office network?+
No. Our audio hardware is fully isolated — it does not touch your network, does not request data, and has no microphone. It plays whatever line-level source you plug into it.
Can different rooms have different music?+
Yes, with the ADS Multi-Channel System. The Fundamental system is one shared zone — best for offices that want one consistent music bed throughout.
Will my dental tech be able to install it?+
Yes. The Fundamental uses four color-matched wires. ADS uses standard Cat5e RJ45 — anyone who has run a network cable can wire it.
